Discernment Workshop: A Gradual Unfolding

This workshop will include an introduction to the Ignatian method of discernment, prayerful reflection, and group sharing. Participants are encouraged to have their journals available. Retreatants attending virtually are encouraged to create a quiet, sacred space in their homes for this retreat.
In noticing and responding to the presence and movement of God's Spirit in our lives, we are transformed, gradually becoming the whole, authentic, and fully alive persons we are created to be. During this workshop, we will explore some core tenets of Ignatian discernment, as well as reflect on various aspects of our lives that influence our choices and impact our relationships with God, ourselves, & others. No prior experience is necessary in order to attend. All are welcome.
