Gathering in Gratitude:
A Guided Examen
As we approach Thanksgiving, this is a natural time to pause and reflect in gratitude for the graces we've received this year. It is through this prayerful reflection that we can become more aware of the presence and movement of God in all aspects of life, including any aspects that felt most devoid of God's presence.

Join us as we gather in gratitude, prayerfully reflecting on our experiences this year, and listening for God's invitations as we lean into the final weeks of 2022 and the beginning of a new year.
This evening of prayer will include a very brief introduction to the Examen. Most of the evening will be spent in silent prayerful reflection and optional group sharing. Participants are encouraged to have a journal available. If you are unable to join us in person at Emmaus House, you are welcome to join us virtually. Prior experience with the Examen is not necessary in order to participate in this evening of prayer.
