Spiritual Seekers in times past looked to Holy Men and Women and Communities of Faith (e.g. organized religions) to guide them in the Spiritual Life. Many such seekers in the modern day are less inclined to look to others outside of themselves, but within for the experience of Grace.

Different scientists in the modern day have discovered and uncovered aspects of our God given human nature, our natural bodily functioning that correlate with and serve the personal experience of Grace, the Holy Spirit.

This day of study, reflection, and prayer will look at the work of several scientists including, among others, Candace Pert, Jill Bolte-Taylor, Iain McGilchrist, Lisa Miller, and Stephen Porges.

Presenter: Fr. Dan Krettek
